Privacy Policy
Summary
Working Mind does not use cookies. We do not track, profile, or fingerprint visitors. We do not collect personal data. The only analytics on this website come from Cloudflare, our hosting and WAF provider, as described below.
No Cookies
This website does not set any cookies. No tracking cookies, no session cookies, no third-party cookies, no cookie consent banners. There are no cookies to consent to.
No Tracking or Profiling
We do not:
- Track which pages you visit or how long you stay
- Build visitor profiles or behavioral segments
- Use fingerprinting techniques (browser, device, or otherwise)
- Collect IP addresses for analytics purposes
- Share any visitor data with third parties for advertising or profiling
- Use pixels, beacons, or similar tracking technologies
Cloudflare Analytics
This website is served through Cloudflare, which provides hosting, a web application firewall (WAF), and DDoS protection. As part of these services, Cloudflare processes HTTP requests to our domain and generates aggregate analytics, including:
- Number of visits and page views
- Geographic distribution of traffic (country-level)
- Browser and OS distribution
- HTTP response codes and performance metrics
This data is aggregate and anonymous. Cloudflare does not link it to individual visitors. We do not have access to individual visitor logs. Cloudflare's data processing is governed by their Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare may set its own __cf_bm cookie as part of bot management. This is a Cloudflare security cookie, not a Working Mind cookie, and is outside our control. It does not track you across sites.
The Working Mind Application
The Working Mind desktop application is separate from this website. By design:
- No telemetry. The application does not phone home or report usage data.
- No accounts. There is no login, no user database, no account system.
- Local data. Your knowledge graph, sessions, and configuration are stored on your machine at
~/.wmind/. We never see them. - Direct API calls. When you use a cloud LLM provider, API calls go directly from your machine to the provider. They do not pass through Working Mind servers.
- No remote servers. The application runs entirely on your machine. MCP tool servers are local child processes communicating over stdio pipes.
Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to external sites (GitHub, npm, LLM provider documentation). Those sites have their own privacy policies, which are beyond our control.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page with a revised lastUpdated date. We will not retroactively change what data we claim to collect.
